EHLERS Legal is a renowned law firm specializing in tailor-made solutions for the healthcare sector. We combine excellent legal advice with personal commitment—for companies as well as for players in the healthcare sector. We are looking for associates and senior associates (m/f/d) to join our team at our Munich office.
Your tasks
- Advice and representation in life sciences & healthcare / medical law
- Development of legal concepts and strategic solutions
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Representation in court and in negotiations
- Contract drafting and negotiation in the healthcare sector
Our mandates span two worlds
- Companies (pharmaceuticals, medtech, healthcare): contracts, regulatory and compliance issues, projects/collaborations, structural and transactional matters (depending on focus)
- Individual mandates: Physicians, dentists, pharmacists, veterinarians—in particular, contract physician law, social law, and interfaces with civil and criminal law
Your profile
- Fully qualified lawyer with predicate exams (or with a profile of equivalent quality and practical experience)
- Ideally, experience in the life sciences and healthcare environment (correspondingly in-depth for senior associates)
- Excellent communication skills, analytical strength, team spirit
- Very good written and spoken English (prerequisite)
