Our application process

Submit your application documents - consisting of CV, cover letter and relevant supporting documents - via our online portal or by e-mail. We will confirm receipt of your application promptly so that you know that we have received your documents.

Our recruiting team will carefully review your application to ensure that it matches the advertised position. We not only look at your qualifications, but also at how well your personal strengths fit in with our firm's culture.

In the first interview we get to know each other. You will have the opportunity to tell us more about your motivation and expectations, and we will introduce you to our company and the advertised position. This interview can take place digitally or on site, depending on your preference.

In the second interview, we will discuss the topics from the first interview in more detail and go into specific details of the position. You will also get to know potential colleagues to gain an impression of how we work together as a team.

After the interviews, we sit down together to evaluate our impressions. You will receive feedback on your application within a few days. Transparency is important to us - even if things don't work out, we will give you constructive feedback.

If both sides are convinced, we will send you a contract offer. With a structured onboarding process, we ensure that you quickly find your feet in our team and in your new position.
